About Well With Mari
Well With Mari is a nutritional therapy practice located in Richmond, California. All services are provided by Mellani DeJesus, Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.

Educational purpose
All content on this website, including blog posts, social media, PDFs, ebooks, guides, and coaching sessions, is intended for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice or replaces the care of a qualified healthcare professional. Please consult your doctor before making any changes to your diet or lifestyle.

1:1 coaching services
Enrollment: By enrolling in the Steady Energy Method or any other Well With Mari coaching program, you agree to participate fully and honestly in the process. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
Payment: Full payment or the first installment of a payment plan is due at the time of enrollment. All prices are listed in US dollars.
Payment plan terms: If you choose a payment plan, subsequent payments are due on the same date each month. You have a 5-business-day grace period with no penalty. After 5 business days, a $50 late fee applies. After 10 business days, services will be paused until full payment plus the $50 late fee is received.
No refund policy: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for coaching packages once enrollment is confirmed and access to the program has been granted. Please review all program details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions before enrolling, please book a free discovery call.
Cancellation and rescheduling policy: Each client receives one courtesy reschedule per program regardless of notice given. After that, sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are forfeited. Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours notice may be rescheduled within the program period, subject to availability. Well With Mari reserves the right to reschedule sessions in the event of illness or emergency with as much advance notice as possible.

Digital products
Purchases: Well With Mari offers digital products including PDFs, ebooks, and guides available for purchase through this website via Squarespace. Prices range from free to $27.
No refund policy for digital products: Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once a product has been downloaded or accessed. Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Intellectual property: All digital products created by Well With Mari are the intellectual property of Mellani DeJesus and Well With Mari. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any digital product without express written permission. These products are for your personal use only.

Well With Mari reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
